At ATLfairoffer we are always in search of quality property locators AKA “Bird Dogs”. We are looking to hire 4-5 this month and pay them $500 on every profitable deal they submit. You get paid when we close on a house.

*out of town owners
*inherited property
*distressed homeowners
*divorced homeowners
*not inhabitable (fire, water damage)

You must have another JOB or your spouse makes good money to pay the bills until the business gets rolling for you…at least 2 to 3 months.
